All parent volunteers supporting the Ronald Reagan Spirit Program must complete a mandatory background check through the North East Independent School District (NEISD) prior to participating in any school or club activity. To ensure the safety and security of all students, NEISD policy requires that this clearance be active before a volunteer can assist with events, practices, or official spirit club functions.
To complete your background check, please register online directly through the NEISD Volunteer Portal by clicking “Register now” below. The application process is straightforward, but approval can take several business days, so we encourage all parents to submit their information well ahead of scheduled events. Once cleared, your active volunteer status will allow you to step in and support the students throughout the school year.
